Terms of Use

Last updated 7 October 2026

Pre-launch legal draft. Operator identity, contacts, retention schedule, processors, jurisdictions, and consent method require legal approval before publication.

Agreement

These terms govern use of KidsGain by a parent or legal guardian and the Hero profiles and devices they manage. The production version must identify the contracting legal entity, governing law, support contact, and minimum parent age.

Parent responsibility

The parent confirms they have authority to create and manage each Hero profile, enable device permissions, choose controls, and provide any legally required consent. KidsGain must not be used to monitor a device or person without lawful authority and clear notice.

Service limitations

Platform restrictions, permissions, connectivity, operating-system changes, battery controls, and device ownership configuration can limit enforcement. KidsGain is a family-support tool and does not guarantee that every app, website, communication, emergency function, or workaround can be blocked.

Accounts

Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. Parents are responsible for activity under their account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, access another family’s data, reverse engineer protected services, upload unlawful content, or use controls in an abusive, deceptive, or unlawful manner.

Rewards and virtual balances

Coins, XP, levels, missions, and rewards are in-service features. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they have no cash value and are not transferable. Parents remain responsible for delivering physical or experiential rewards they create.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to serious misuse. Parents may stop using KidsGain and request account deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

The production terms require jurisdiction-specific warranty, consumer-rights, limitation-of-liability, indemnity, dispute, and governing-law language reviewed by qualified counsel. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
